I believe the reasoning was something such as you can't mix drugs and alcohol. So by this convoluted logic doesn't it seem sensible to limit or ban a tobacco product that doesn't trigger most cancers ?!?!?OTOH, vaping hit Europe all-around 2005 and NA around 2007, so maybe if we maintain our 'old' stuff for one more ten years matters might change.
